About Me
Leadership
I have dedicated the past decade to the realm of leadership, embarking on a voyage marked by introspection, self-examination, and continuous learning. The initial ten years were primarily focused on acquiring a deep understanding of technology and the mechanics of execution, while the subsequent decade was dedicated to exploring the fundamental “why” behind our actions. This journey has not been without its challenges, demanding substantial unlearning and relearning along the way. Two noteworthy milestones in this odyssey include completing a leadership program at Harvard University, which delved into stakeholder mapping, prioritization, and self-reflection, and engaging with the Dutch program “Inzicht in Invloed,” which provided valuable insights into diverse personality types, triggers that influence people, and various styles of exerting influence.
Supply Chain ERP
For over two decades, I have been working with SAP amongst other solutions, across various industries, including Aerospace, Bio-Tech, Cell Therapy, CPG, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Medical Electronics and Pharma. My expertise lies in managing solutions and landscapes, developing business roadmaps, and overseeing vendor management, service, and delivery. Additionally, I possess extensive experience in digital SAP solutions, particularly in the areas of planning, procurement, user experience, quality, and plant maintenance, among others.
Architecture
Spent a lot of time in Architecture as well. Initially, I started with Solution (Application Architecture), specifically in the ERP world, where I worked on integrations with diverse systems and processes. This involved setting up processes for different business scenarios, such as tax factories, buy and sell, cross-dock and re-pack, among others. I have also worked in large, complex matrix organizations that operate globally. During my tenure at a scale-up biotech firm, I had the opportunity to work on clinical and non-clinical data (Data Architecture) and set up different organizations, applications, and processes under each department (Business Architecture).
Achint has lot of consulting background and an excellent communicator. He is hardworking, take responsibility and ownership for all assignments. . He is quick, can pick up new technologies independently and able to pull in relevant stakeholders to deliver any assignments. I believe he will be an asset to any team.
Digital Transformation
I have experience in various digital transformation initiatives. In one of my previous roles, the organization was dealing with outdated versions of SharePoint and Skype and sought to improve collaboration. I played a key role in migrating them to O365, utilizing Microsoft Cloud applications and Teams, while also addressing the change management aspects. During this project, I implemented the ADKAR change management methodology to ensure a smooth transition.
Additionally, I have been involved in transformations that involved transitioning from legacy applications and traditional work practices to cutting-edge digital twins and next gen digital solutions in planning and procurement space.
One notable project involved setting up a smart extruder equipped with IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things) technology, PLC, and SCADA systems, which collected data from hundreds of sources. This data was then integrated into an Azure blob storage system, with various microservices connected to it to facilitate analysis and decision-making.
Achint is great to work with. Someone who doesn’t hesitate to roll up his sleeve and work together on troubleshooting technical issues. He works well is translating business requirements to technical requirements. Always a pleasure to work with.
Digital TECHNologies
Within a creative startup, I took on the responsibility of overseeing the company’s online footprint. This encompassed strategizing and executing digital marketing campaigns, spanning various facets such as web, SEO, email, and the active management of our social media presence across a range of digital platforms. My role also involved closely monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of all our digital marketing initiatives. Additionally, I implemented a robust data architecture to streamline the flow of marketing data through microservices, ultimately funneling it into a centralized data repository for future utilization and analysis.
AI / ML
Building an AI model that includes patient data to find innovative options for patients. Focusing on targeted therapeutics that are not known to folks from less developed environments.
Creating a use case within the realm of discovery and pre-clinical trials to enhance the success rate of experiments, ultimately expediting the drug development process. This involves harnessing both validated and non-validated, organized and unstructured data for comprehensive analysis.

Compliance
I’ve had the privilege of gaining experience in various compliance domains throughout my career journey. My initial exposure to compliance occurred while working for a prominent aerospace company, where I delved into aero regulatory compliance aspects including undergoing Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and certification and ISO 9001/2000 / AS9100 Internal Auditor, quality certification.
Subsequently, I ventured into the realm of financial compliance, particularly SOx (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance, while collaborating with numerous large organizations. In this capacity, I provided crucial support to finance teams by generating reports and furnishing data related to the segregation of duties, roles, and access-related matters.
My career then led me into the pharmaceutical sector, where I specialized in secure Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions and 21CFR Part 11 compliance solutions. To delve deeper, got certified with CSV for Cloud and COTS applications. Within this sector, I operated in both the clinical space (having received GCP training) and the manufacturing sector (working in a GMP environment). Additionally, during the challenging COVID period, I had the opportunity to work with a scaling-up biotech company, which familiarized me with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) as well.
